Inter-Library Loans
Inter-Library Loan (ILL) is a service which makes available to all active patrons of the Spanish Peaks Library District materials not in our collection. From the time you request the item (it can be a book, video, audio-book, music, etc.) it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery, if it's available. Some items come from out of state and may take longer. You can usually have the item checked out for 3-4 weeks, depending on the library that's loaning the item.
We can submit renewal requests, but we have no control over whether the lending library will allow renewals. If you would like to try to renew an ILL, please call or e-mail us at least three business days before the due date on the book.
Items less than one year old are generally not available for interlibrary loan. Please submit a request to purchase for newer items.
Please include as much information as you are able. Title, subject matter, author or ISBN. These are valuable in helping us find your book. Also, if you are requesting a subject search, please give us as much detail as you can.
