Park & Pickup services will provide limited services, with limited staff contact, to allow patrons to access materials/services from the library while maintaining social distancing practices.
Pick up available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10AM – 2PMPlease Note: The library interior is not open to the public at this time. Only Library Employees are allowed inside the library at this time.

The Colorado State Parks Pass is unavalible for checkout at this time.

Outgoing faxes, copies, and outgoing scans will not be offered at this time.

To Pickup:Library staff will call or email to let you know when your items are ready for pickup.
When you arrive at the library, park in the parking lot, then call 719-738-2774 to let library staff know you are there for pickup. You will be asked to provide your library card number over the phone to verify your identity.
A library employee will bring your items outside and place the bag on a designated table.
You will be instructed to remain your vehicle.
Please wait until staff has returned inside the building before retrieving your order from the table.
Returning items? – Put them in the Book Drop
Book drop is located on the North side of the building, West of the main entranceNo returns of items will be accepted by staff, all returns will go in book drop.
Book drop will be emptied once per day, and materials will be quarantined for 72-hours before being checked-in and shelved.
We will not charge overdue fines at this time

At this time, no services will be offered at the Gardner location.
Donations are not accepted at this time
When is the Library fully reopening?In short – we don’t know. Spanish Peaks Library staff will continue to work with local/state health departments on determining what is allowable under health orders.
The health of the library staff and patrons is our number one priority right now.
