The Mommy & Me Physical Wellness Program is cancelled Today due to staff workshop.

Please join Ms. Brittany next Monday from 1-2 PM for the Mommy & Me Physical Wellness Program! This SPLD Program invites the whole family (ALL ages are invited) to support our mothers to be physically, mentally, and spiritually fit in 2026! This program features interchangeable strength-training routines for moms, including meditation, yoga, strength-training, and nature walks at Lathrop State Park – Colorado Parks and Wildlife if weather permits. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We look forward to seeing you there!
