This SPLD Program invites the whole family (ALL ages are invited) to support our mothers to be physically\, mentally\, and spiritually fit in 2026! This program features interchangeable strength-training routines for moms\, including meditation\, yoga\, strength-training\, and nature walks at Lathrop State Park – Colorado Parks and Wildlife if weather permits. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We look forward to seeing you there!
