Held every Monday and Friday from 1-2 PM in the SPLD Community Room. This program features interchangeable strength-training routines for moms\, including meditation\, yoga\, strength-training\, and nature walks at Lathrop State Park – Colorado Parks and Wildlife if weather permits.
